Joseph Dunford, retired chairman of the Joint Chiefs, confirms he said:
"I believe our leaders who have continued to undermine a peaceful transition in accordance with our Constitution have set the conditions for today’s violence.”

Dunford also said: "This is an outrageous assault on our democracy and a sad day for our Nation. It’s time for all Americans and particularly our elected officials to put our Country first. As many have said, we’re better than this."
Dunford has avoided anything whispering of partisanship as much as he can. Too sensitive, considering the kind of position he held. For him to say this is extremely significant.
Will it help force the 25th amendment? Will it force them to make Trump resign?

He stated this clearly and they should be held accountable!
I think it's important that Gen. Milley formally orders the military to stand down. And, any member of the US Military caught in this insurrection will be arrested and court martialed, whether they're in uniform or not.
