    I can't possibly do justice to ' excellent keynote, but important points from it: why are we using a model based on product safety to govern AI, when AI is dynamic & has different actors and uses along its lifecycle? it's not that similar to a washing machine.

    I think touches on something huge in his writeup of leaving Twitter. After 5 years of the techlash, tech influentials are desperate to recapture the feeling that they are heroically building the future. Being responsible for the present is just a bummer.
