    2/ The fact that everyone’s load and physical wear and tear was openly discussed made for an excellent supportive community. I think the workplace could benefit from similar daily check-ins (you okay?)

    1/ Powerlifting is a continuous teacher of stress + load management. Back when competing, all training partners always checked in on each other’s status (Fatigued? Nagging injury? Feeling amazing?). Whether to pull back when needed or push when able was our every day conversation

    A real problem with Jupyter Lab is that googling problems returns solutions only applicable to jupyter *notebooks*. I can imagine this being especially confusing for beginners (Ipython vs Jupyter, notebooks vs Lab)
