My latest research shows: -Local transit operations funds are higher in wealthier cities, not those needing transit most -State funds are higher in more liberal states, leaving behind cities in conservative states -A $20b federal program could be a boon for equity

This is the worst possible timing. If tenants are evicted before they can access rental assistance, then isn't it true that landlords are walking away from back rent owed, which could be just around the corner?
