Additionally, you falsely state that social distancing should have been a “last resort.” But this has no basis in fact. Experts have long said flattening the curve via social distancing is the only way to prevent the initial case spike that would overwhelm hospitals.

Trump was at the CDC on March 7th...He then said whoever wants a test, gets a test. He was lying from the beginning. The GOP are complicit to his lies! Senate was briefed the first week in February.They knew it was going to be bad and we weren't prepared. #TrumpVirusCatastrophe

Saying Trump to blame for not shutting down Country is January before a single USA death is absurd. Based on the reaction of the MSM and Democrats to his China travel ban, we can imagine their reaction to shut down in January.
