I understand the need to inject money into the economy where needed. But many people still have steady income and DO NOT need a $1,000 check. I certainly do not. Money must be targeted to the Americans who need it most: low-middle income who can’t work & can’t pay bills.https://twitter.com/washingtonpost/status/1239986161554202626 …

Too much red tape to wade through that, Dan. The delay will be catastrophic.

Yup, no time to over complicate this, get the $$ out then claw it back next year for people with incomes over a certain $$ amount

If you just sent money to everyone you reduce the administration cost. Setting limits and levels, deciding who gets what/how, wastes time and energy. For the rich $1000 is a drop in the bucket, whether it’s a check or tax cut.

better idea: give money to everyone and tax the rich. why waste time deciding who needs urgent relief?

Im sure youre okay with us injecting 1.5 trillion into the stock market right? No need to question "why do these billionaires need assistance?" But god forbid middle class americans receive a little help over this period, right?
