Poor top earners with their massive pay increases and refusal to pay tax, thank goodnes you're standing up for them instead of ordinary working Americans.

This also means no monthly premiums, no copayments for going to the doctor, and no deductible to meet before coverage kicks in. Dont think every voter is a fool.

All I know is that when the companies I have worked for didn't make much profit that year, they did not give raises, the years where they did really well, they gave pretty decent ones. Take away a company's profits, you take away higher wages.
