    The left-wing outrage is predictably over the top. The request here is simple: allow this case to be elevated to the Supreme Court, and let the Supreme Court make a determination. All cases should be heard, all investigations should be thorough. It is that simple.

    In the 2017-2018 flu season, one of our worst, we were able to surge hospital capacity *without* locking down. Lockdowns are unconstitutional, unscientific insanity. They save no one, all while destroying our small businesses & livelihoods. Stop them. Keep fighting back.

    According to National Health Foundation data, Los Angeles county ICU occupancy baseline rate is 90%, rising to 98% in flu season. How does it make any sense to close down businesses at 85% occupancy when 90% is the baseline? This is the year of total madness.
