Prosecuting people for holiday gatherings inside their own home violates the 4th Amendment - protection from unreasonable search & seizure. Elected leaders who violate the Constitution should be held accountable, & law enforcement should disobey unconstitutional orders.

  2. Lockdowns violate basic freedoms in exchange for questionable benefits. Businesses should not comply, and law enforcement should ignore these unconstitutional orders.

  3. My personal hope is that drawing additional attention to it forces states to clean up their act, and adopt far better and more secure systems going forward that will garner the kind of faith in our elections our nation so desperately needs.

  4. And what is the basis of this case? This: Authorities other than state legislatures unilaterally made sweeping changes to election law and therefore diminished integrity and faith in the system.

  5. The left-wing outrage is predictably over the top. The request here is simple: allow this case to be elevated to the Supreme Court, and let the Supreme Court make a determination. All cases should be heard, all investigations should be thorough. It is that simple.

Anyone advocating for lockdowns at this point is committing a crime against science, data, common sense, and the Constitution.

Looks like the leftist utopians are at it again, creating...utopia. This is always the end result of radical progressivism. Happens fast in some places, slower in others. But it only goes in one direction. Erode our foundations, you get chaos and destruction.

Pelosi is lying. She has absolutely zero credibility after callously admitting she was holding COVID relief hostage as a political strategy. We all knew it. Then she actually said it. Now she’s shamelessly gaslighting.

In the 2017-2018 flu season, one of our worst, we were able to surge hospital capacity *without* locking down. Lockdowns are unconstitutional, unscientific insanity. They save no one, all while destroying our small businesses & livelihoods. Stop them. Keep fighting back.

Stop closing businesses. Stop closing schools. Stop destroying lives. There is no scientific reasoning for these lockdowns and we have known this for months. Any “leader” who continues this reckless public policy should step down.

And we wondered why Iran explicitly supported Biden? This. Because Biden promised the demise of American energy, and the rise of Iran’s. America takes a back seat to Biden’s global agenda, again.
