No, because I'm not Google and don't understand your language, but if translations are correct, I'd say it's just not a valuable subject matter for their advertiser base, leaving you with very little you could change that would help.

If there was so many other ones, that could be the reason too, more supply than demand...also know their deeper requirements than simple views and subs, change as internet trends change, that all doesn't always get documented, but they aren't big fans of copy cats of ides/topics.

If you keep applying and they keep rejecting, you will get yourself on an ignore list. Applying more than once is silly unless you made major changes or have a new web property to submit.

Not you can't personally get in touch with somebody for special consideration. You can the the channel, sure, but why, if you like it it's stupid to change it just to fit AdSense. It's not an AdSense account, it was rejected, but a new app would require a new Google Account
