The simple answer is, while you may meet criteria for subscriber count and hours of views, they don't see the content as unique, original or valuable.
No, because I'm not Google and don't understand your language, but if translations are correct, I'd say it's just not a valuable subject matter for their advertiser base, leaving you with very little you could change that would help.

If there was so many other ones, that could be the reason too, more supply than demand...also know their deeper requirements than simple views and subs, change as internet trends change, that all doesn't always get documented, but they aren't big fans of copy cats of ides/topics.
