uhhhh? maybe people shouldn't be angry that others get help when they need it? my entire generation needs this. the ECONOMY needs this. just because people died from polio means we don't need a polio vaccine...? dems will keep progressives and millennials and younger this way.

Yep, if a government program isn’t universal or near universal it will cause resentment as people view government resources as finite, so this takes away their piece of the pie.

Give $50K to every single adult and let them decide how to spend that money - student loans, housing, investments, healthcare, etc.

I’m fine with cancelling student loan debt, PROVIDED we roll back the policies that encouraged people to take on too much of it in the first place. Absent such a rollback, Biden will exacerbate what is already a horrible incentive.

That might be the proper policy decision but I'd sure feel like a "sucker" for paying my son's tuition rather than having him borrow it.
