HI, Our video is freezing on 480p and 720p but not 1080p. Is this the same issue? We uploaded last week but it was scheduled for today

That's odd! Try reuploading from a different browser or in Incognito mode. Let us know if that fixes the issue.

Hi, when I tried to re-upload it I got "The video is a duplicate of a video you already uploaded." Is there no way of keeping the original video since we shared it on social media?
