The issue is that this guy isn't a 14 year old on the internet, he is a professional and should be held to the standards of such. The fact that he took the comment to a homophobic level was what got him suspended, and is understandably not something Blizz wants to associate with

To sum it up the initial punishment is fair enough. The added ones after, by taking him off for rest of season are just harsh. When you do that it shows support for Reddit, not understanding and support for your members

No. They could support both Blizz and their members (who had a silly and competitively heated argument) by accepting the initial punishment. Not by adding extra punishment and blowing up something that was resolved between them

Until he learns to act like he deserves to be part of OWL, nothing will ever be "resolved." Don't count on him ever getting the benefit of the doubt again. The scrutiny is only going to increase. Time to become a model citizen.

Did you read my tweet? I love this team. I’ve been following almost every player before OWL existed. But I can’t respect mgmts decision for an additional penalty, so I won’t be supporting (with my money) until Stage 2. Was planning on buying more merch, but will hold off.

Yeah I don't think this is a Reddit thing. Dallas needs the situation addressed before the next suspension becomes much longer and not in the first quarter of the season.
