Whats wrong with using the military if there is fitna and fasad on the streets and innocent people are losing lives and livelihood?

Where there is zulm (injustice) there will be fasaad (upheaval). And those who turn a blind eye to this zulm and not try to ‘stop it with their hand, if not then their tongue (speech) or at least feel bad in their hearts’ , such people r part of the problem!
