I’m sorry for my choice of pattern on the face mask I wore yesterday on the Senate floor. I did not intend to offend anyone; however, I realize that I did, and for that I am sorry. Those who know me best know that I do not support the things this pattern represents.

Wearing that flag was the equivalent of someone wearing an Alqueda or ISIS flag, both wanted to destroy the United States. You should be ashamed, but nevertheless, that was your choice, and when people show you who they are, we should believe them.

To all those attacking my state senator. Keep in mind, he represents my vote, and where I live. I feel he does NOT need to APOLIGIZE, Dale has always been a community leader. The rest of you are drama queens.

It’s worse when people apologize for deliberate acts! Own it! Don’t apologize for being you! That’s even worse than the original deplorable act!
Hopefully, you will be forced to resign from the Michigan Senate for wearing the confederate flag.
Why do Democrats pretend to complain about the confederate flag? Its THEIR friggin FLAG !!
