Making others happy is not a question of sacrificing our own happiness. Trying to make others happy, even when we do not always succeed, is a source of great satisfaction. Anger and hatred are signs of weakness, while compassion is a sure sign of strength.

Beautiful words, but I don't believe anger is a sign of weakness. It's a signal that something doesn't sit right with us, and a sign of being alive. What shows strength is what we decide to do with the anger. And to actively choose compassion over hate.

U acknowledge that you're angry & stay gentle to yourself, because u r allowed to be angry. It's nothing wrong with feeling anger. Just make sure u don't react to it at a moment's impulse. That's all 😊 it's not easy, but it's possible ❤️
