My 35th birthday is this Monday & I'm seriously thinking about taking my life. My father committed suicide when I was 2 years old & I've been severly depressed since then. I don't know what to do anymore. I'm extremely lost, bipolar with crohn's disease & can't keep a job. Help.

Start with the things you have control over: diet, exercise, sunshine, limit screen time, sleep, ect. Some of these can have a huge impact on your outlook. Most of all be gentle with yourself, enjoy becoming even if you never become. Hang in there brother. This too shall pass.
