Prayer by itself is not sufficient to bring about peace of mind. What is much more effective is coming to understand the workings of the mind and learning how to tackle the mental afflictions that disturb it.

Peace comes by your own actions. Once u have learned how to face your misery, you start becoming joyful. Try to understand your misery. Live it, dissect it, go to the very depth of it, find out the cause, why it is there. Let understanding be your meditation 🕯️🕯️🔥

Peace & happiness comes when u learn the true and genuine authenticity towards life. Once u are authentic, then ur awareness becomes a flame, it burns up whole slavery that mind has created. And there is no blissfulness more precious than than being a master of ur own destiny🔥

To tackle the mental afflictions of the mind we need to reduce chronic stress. Most stress is related to money so we need to make sure all have a sufficient amount of money to meet their basic needs. So many of our problems stem from financial insecurity.https://medium.com/basic-income/human-park-a-mammals-guide-to-stress-free-living-17f6cab007b3 …

One's mind remains in distress & agitation & never obtains peace, neither enjoys pleasure or delight, nor goes to sleep, nor feels secure when the thorn of hatred dwells in heart. Pain won't go by getting angry or taking revenge, it will go by being compassionate towards others🌻
