Instead, they'll address each of the hundreds of genders and sexualities as to create a safe space and not offend anyone on the flight.

Not about safe space, or about offending - it's about acknowledging that "ladies and gentlemen" does not include everyone who might be on that flight. Not that complicated.

Why does this have to be news? It’s the new normal to take gender out of things so it’s more inclusive. What is there to talk about?

Cuz it gets clicks from angry boomers.

It’s okay, they usually greet their customers with “hello, your flight has been delayed”

I propose we replace it with, “Hail, passengers! We who are about to fly salute you!”
