If you can afford a $70,000 to 100,000 car, $7.00 a gallon for gas is not a problem. If you cant - it is.
-
Why $70-$100k?? There are more than a few options under $40k. Some under $30k. Seems like folks don’t know there are ev’s outside of Tesla

He must know that 60-80% of our electricity is generated by fossil fuel. You can’t charge your car without it.
-
Seems ~41% is coming from oil and gas, with 19% from coal, which is a fossil fuel but wouldn't probably impact gas prices. And I imagine this really depends on the region, so in many places, I imagine one can charge one's car without oil/gas.pic.twitter.com/MwSf2nfcE0

Yeah because my gas and electric bill hasn’t already gone up 50% Year over year. Guess those electric cars magically charge themselves for free…
-
Luddite! I suppose you've never seen those solar panels covering
@Tesla supercharger stations. Why, every 27.3 seconds day and night, each one gathers enough energy from sunlight to charge 325 cars enough to drive 450 miles each. Read a science book once in awhile. - Show replies
