I’ve let my body wake up naturally this morning, I’ve drank plenty of water and I won’t be drinking one every day (I’ll not drink them at weekends at all either!)

Because of the sugar/caffeine/chemical mix in normal energy drinks giving me the shakes and heart palpitations, I’ve decided to give Sneak Energy a go to help me out after lunch when I can really start to lose my focus

I was years on Energy Drinks. And addicted to Monster Energy. In the End it caused massive Teeth issues and now heaving blood pressure issues. Now I have no understanding why they were long time sold to teenagers
