I've still not managed to fit a full 24 into one stream. My body is far too broken
It just KILLS you! Like I was poorly for a few days after, felt sickly when eating, was feverish and couldn't sleep at night!

I just have so many joint and back problems. Sitting for that long, even with stretch breaks puts my chronically angry joints in complete agony. I'd much rather set the max to 24, knowing I'm going to split it between two streams.

I like to do charity weekenders now! Means that there's still loads going on but I can sleep and eat between all the streams! I can only imagine how much that would cause an angry joint flare!

I remember dipping in to a few of these at the early point and the end and thinking you needed to sleep real bad. Can't imagine the long term impact of doing multiple.
