16 year olds should be able to vote. In the UK, when you turn 16 you can: - Get married with parental consent - Buy a lotto ticket - Have sex - Join the army with parental consent - Work full time But you can't vote? That seems ridiculous to me

Only in Senedd election, mind -but still!
It’s progress! But most places in the US, the entirety of England and Scotland you can’t! It just seems mad to me, they should get a vote as much as 90 year olds!

In Scotland it is only the Westminster elections that 16/17 year olds are NOT allowed a vote. They got to vote the Indyref but not EU ref.
