Seriously, fasting made me feel so unwell and just miserable. My body never got used to days where I’d only have 600-700 calories and I couldn’t concentrate as well and was permanently hangry - bodies aren’t supposed to feel that way, I’m sure of it.

I use the Ringfit for 30-40 minutes every day and that’s it! If you have a Switch, it’s awesome. But Joe Wicks also does some great videos on YouTube!

Fasting never went well for me either, just made me want to binge after... I found a walk each day and an app to count calories (I use My Fitness Pal) was suprisingly effective. :)

Exactly! I'd spend the entire weekend just eating and eating because I wasn't satisfying any cravings in the week due to calorie counting!
