So, as of next week, Bekah and I are going on a diet. She wanted to do it for herself, but it'll be much easier for her to carry through with it if I'm not stuffing my face with things she can't eat.
Looking at exercise plans too. Gonna lose this lockdown weight!

I really, really need to use it more. We bought it a few months ago, but as with all things, usage slipped
As for the recipes thing, we grabbed a couple of books from Amazon, but if we do need more I'll let ya know!
