So, as of next week, Bekah and I are going on a diet. She wanted to do it for herself, but it'll be much easier for her to carry through with it if I'm not stuffing my face with things she can't eat.
Looking at exercise plans too. Gonna lose this lockdown weight! 
Honestly, I can't recommend the Ringfit enough! It makes exercising fun and we've had two really nice meals a day (and the odd treato) and I've lost 4kg in 3 weeks!
Lemme know if you want any recipes sending over too, TikTok has been amazing for them

I really, really need to use it more. We bought it a few months ago, but as with all things, usage slipped
As for the recipes thing, we grabbed a couple of books from Amazon, but if we do need more I'll let ya know! -

100% agree and I was gonna say the same thing!! If you’re into PS more then check out Dance Dance Revolution. But Ring Fit is AMAZING for gamers who wanna get fit.
