Trying to get a stain off your credit score that your credit company keep failing to remove is an anxiety-riddled ball ache

She was refused a mortgage due to a £10 admin cost for cancelling a mobile phone. Computer error. It seems to be sorted out now but will take over 72 hours to be fixed.
I'm legit about to cry. Being with my ex damaged my credit score massively, I scraped it up by having a landlady that went easy on me and ignored it so I paid rent and council tax on time, wiggled it up and now it's lower than it's been since leaving my ex.

But now I've moved in with my partner, I don't really have any bills barring my credit card that will help bump that back up. So because of this error it's put me in a position of not even being able to get my contract updated if I wanted it.

That's awful! I think even if you check your score too often that that can bring your score down too. The whole thing is a massive fiddle.
