I paid it off in August and it just hasn't moved, keep getting passed between three companies and my credit keeps dropping because of it! Horrible!

She was refused a mortgage due to a £10 admin cost for cancelling a mobile phone. Computer error. It seems to be sorted out now but will take over 72 hours to be fixed.

I'm legit about to cry. Being with my ex damaged my credit score massively, I scraped it up by having a landlady that went easy on me and ignored it so I paid rent and council tax on time, wiggled it up and now it's lower than it's been since leaving my ex.
