My anxiety has been in overdrive lately and identifying the triggers has been part of my self help. Removing them from social media is definitely a good step

People add TW's as best they can but sometimes when they don't and I miss it it can send me into a proper spiral, so muting has been a bit of a livesaver! I hope this helps if you haven't started doing it already!
