A swathe of 'nosy mother' types have deleted me from FB (know them from LARP) and it's a relief that the people that think my emotionally abusive ex was 'being a bit mean sometimes' have taken themselves out of my life

One of which told me she was just protecting me by saying I shouldn't talk about him 'being mean' (the abuse I endured) or my DV counselling because people were starting to talk about me behind my back
Nah mate protecting me would be to defend me from those people??
