You don't need to wear one when reversing because it (apparently) can stop you turning round to see out of the back window. Which makes me assume seatbelts should be tighter than they actualy are.

I thought so but apparently not! People be yanking so hard on their seatbelts while reversing that it restricts their movement?? But seatbelts pull out?

If I had to guess from those four I'd hit reversing as it's the only one that could require moving your torso, which a seatbelt would restrict. Mine is on whenever the car's moving though.
