I don't know who needs to hear this, but feeling ill due to your menstrual cycle is a valid reason to take leave and look after yourself.
This… is literally exactly what I needed to hear as mine has caused a massive lack of sleep, horrendous cramps and sickness this month. Hence why I wasn’t in yesterday and this morning!

honestly, day one can be the absolute WORST -
I have a
mutation which means normal painkillers don’t work and I have to take strong prescription ones that make me feel really drunk and dizzy! It’s been SUPER fun!
