This is going to sound so silly but I just managed to drive back somewhere with massive anxiety and honestly, I’m proud
Usually I can’t do anything but I just focussed and trusted myself and my car and I DID IT!

I really like that! I thought maybe driving would help me feel better (after the couple of weeks I’ve had I need to take it easy) and it did!

Yeah, sometimes it pays just to run at a fear head on - its not easy, but every single time you do it gets easier and easier to the point that it no longer matters. Keep on batting it back - you can see it works! Well done you!
