My team were wonderful and amazing. But the off site engineers would give me an AUDIBLE SIGH if I picked up the phone to them but would laugh and joke with my male colleagues. I loved my job but it was hard to be taken seriously.
I’d have customers asking for my number and flirting with me, to the extent that it would become a problem for my colleagues. One man repeatedly called and kept asking for my number and we had to block him, making it difficult to talk to him about his repairs.
