Do people never work overtime at work? I don’t get this. They’re working an extra day and getting paid well to do it
I worked overtime for 5 years straight. It’s what you do to take care of a family. What’s with the outrage
The mandatory-ness of it? The fact that they promised they wouldn't crunch their devs? Honestly *just* the mandatory part is enough.

Ya, I’ve been working 6 days for 15 years. I’m glad some people have cushy jobs but there are adults out there that have to work. Hell my cousin works 16 hour days as a pharmacist. My brother works 12-14 in hospital. No doesn’t exist. This anti work stuff confuses me.

Hell, a buddy of mine is a assistant to a lawyer. He basically doesn’t sleep the week before court. Guess what happens if he doesn’t.
His option though to quit and work elsewhere
