I’m getting increasingly sick of toxic Facebook friends. I have no idea why I keep some of them on there. They didn’t believe me when I came out about the emotional abuse and now they just pick at anything I post

But I can’t delete them because I have to see them in public, get along with them etc
There’s just a select few but that’s increasing constantly and my fucks are really starting to run dry

Just block them baby - they will probably never notice - and there is no law saying you have to be a friend on FB if you interact with them in real life!

My metal health was improved after getting rid my Facebook account entirely. Try deactivating for a while to give it a trial. :)

I have a lot of people on my Restricted list for that reason. They can't see my shit unless I post it publicly (which I don't do) and I don't see their shit.
