I always presumed the SOT community to be a lovely group of people...... Hmm..
They usually are. There are a few bad eggs but you don’t usually expect those bad eggs to be Sea of Thieves partners.
Also it’s not been handled well especially in the midst of a massive #MeToo
movement in games, while Rocco has received rape threats.

The SoT community is extremely good at promoting the good aspects, but there will always be players/streamers/partners that abuse their role. The stance from above is poor though. Toxicity is considered bad until you have a significant number of followers and then its ignored.
