Also, it’s VERY rare to see Northern representation in a game and Fable had all of that! I remember thinking like I was around my people, I could really immerse myself in it. I played it and thought ‘Sounds like something my Nan would say’ whenever somebody spoke!
This is still the big heartbreak of British gaming history. I was gutted when Lionhead closed, the Fable games were truly something special.
