This is not easy for me to share, but today I had a virtual appointment with a psychiatrist & she prescribed me meds for my depression & anxiety.
I'm worried about the potential side-effects, but also hopeful I'm on the right track to becoming the best version of myself 
Proud of you. And proud of your openness. You’ve got this! Antidepressants are honestly great, and different ones work for different people. If you’re having any bad side effects, let your GP know.
I really hope they help.
