Got my dental referral letter and there’s a bit where they ask you what dental procedures give you the most anxiety and just answering those questions is giving me anxiety 
Still, gonna get my teeth all beautiful with their help. It’s been a long time coming

If you can, ask if they will let your keep the lead “blanket” that they use for X-rays) On during your procedure, I find the weight helps a lot if your dealing with anxiety
