It was online, DF! I have an existing BT account I hadn't used in a while and wanted to send some ££ your way but Christopher on chat (in his own words) 'can't offer anything and can't advise'. Not REALLY sure what the point is in that service, to be honest! Account closed now.

Too late now, AM - all closed and business lost. I won't be coming back, really disappointing service and lack of value felt as an existing customer. I'd recommend sorting that out, it is very poor.
