    For no particular reason I just started thinking about how we all told each in grad school that things would get better if engineers had to take social theory classes.

    Arizona Senator Krysten Sinema's 2012 dissertation, "Who Must Die: The State of Exception in Rwanda's Genocide" used Agamben and Mbembe to analyze necropolitics, sovereignty, "the people", and "space devoid of law". The timeline just gets weirder.

    One third of ICE detainees being held in Batavia, NY have COVID-19, the largest number of cases in any ICE facility. And there is no plan to vaccinate them.
