Hitmarkerjobs is a great website where people post jobs. I don't ever apply for jobs there. I just find the company and the right contact and send them a highly personalized email explaining to them what I can do to grow their business.
If you send out 40 emails per day, and do this for 2 weeks straight I can guarantee you that you will be burdened with work within a month, provided you have a decent portfolio. I was stuck, never growing for half a year until I tried this, and I couldn't be any happier now.

I wouldn't mind doing that.. but doing stuff like that really makes me think if my stuff good enough? cause in the end i really feel it isn't..looking at other peoples stuff than looking at my stuff it just really being the confident levels down
