I hope WoW Classic eventually evolves into WoW WotLK and then stops right there and never advances further into the depths of the abyss that is Cataclysm and beyond. Pinnacle of WoW for sure

Yep, I'm thinking the same thing. Release the patches on a cadence, release the expansion and your character gets boosted to that, but the old server reboots after X period of time and you have to start over. I want to re-do BC and Wrath. Those were the golden years for me.
Well I dont want the old Vanilla servers to be reset but have new ones made which start at 0 progression. Have the "old" ones merge because servers are going to run empty because of TBC release and new servers make (happens on private servers). So there wont be a million servers
