We can't get 75% of Americans to agree on much of anything, but 3 out of 4 voters agree: the Senate trial needs witnesses. Nobody will get a fair trial unless the jury hears from witnesses firsthand.

The house had time, money and will to compel witnesses. They chose speed and stealth. It’s not up to the Senate to prop up this impeachment, it’s up to the House managers to PROVE it. Due process, innocent until proven guilty. Not the other way around.

Witnesses based on what evidence? It's like saying your neighbor committed murder... charging him with shoddy evidence, and then asking the judge for witnesses. This case would have NEVER made it to court. It would have been dismissed. 75% of Americans need to consider that. -VJ
