Are you actually joking? You have said before 31st October. Now it’s November?! How are people meant to live this month?! Think you need to rethink this date and get it out when advise first off. Otherwise you’ll have angry people on the phone.

Still not received my payment from July yet, just had 2 letters saying I qualify & that I’ll receive in due course, whatever that means !! Helpful, not !!

How do we know if we qualify for the second payment? Are there different requirements than the first payment

The link says you are eligible if you receive a benefit payment between the period 26 August 2022 to 25 September 2022.
