I don't know who needs to hear this, but the predominantly Black/Brown/immigrant/working class satellite caucuses that went overwhelmingly for Bernie aren't worth less than the others.

Some of the most meaningful time I spent in Iowa was connecting w organizers in POC &immigrant communities, many of whom were being talked to for the 1st time by a campaign, &admiring their work. They were ignored as “just a small % of Iowans.” Turns out they made a difference.

Can we stop pretending that the majority of the Dems still in the race are running because they think they can win?

Reporter: “Mayor Pete's been declaring a win for days now—why should people believe your victory speech over his?” Bernie: “Because I got 6,000 more votes.”

NEW HAMPSHIRE Regardless of who you’re going to vote for, who do you think is going to be the Democratic nominee? Sanders 41% Biden 26% Buttigieg 19% Warren 6% Klobuchar 4% Bloomberg 3% Yang 1% Gabbard 0% Patrick 0% /, Dem Primary Voters, 2/3-5

6,000 vote lead in a small state like Iowa is frankly gigantic, if that doesn't win national delegates AND SDE's then caucuses are significantly more fucked up than I thought. Recount will verify a Bernie win, and by a wider margin. But the timing of the Perez thing is nefarious

There is one satellite precinct left to report, Bernie will likely win it, the DNC chose this moment to press pause on the whole process and start over. If they had any other motive besides preventing Bernie from claiming victory, why not just report the last precinct first?

Jason Johnson is so unimpressed with Buttigieg, he thinks voters should consider backing Bernie. BERNIE. Seriously. He said that. Jason Johnson. 😆

We've been focusing a lot on Mayor Pete but the biggest story of Iowa is the utter collapse of Joe Biden. Donors are pulling support. The race was between Bernie and Biden and Biden is donezo. So you do the math.

Does anybody believe for a second that the IDP/DNC count would have been at all honest w/out: 1) The Sanders campaign recording every single caucus result & releasing two internal reports as warning shots? 2) Citizen oversight of error after error? Yeah. Me neither.

Some facts to consider: - Biden went into Iowa as the clear frontrunner. - As political "experts" scoffed, Bernie contrasted their Social Security records. - It appears Bernie placed 1st & Biden placed 4th. The end.

The scope of this is INSANE. Buttigieg had 133 first-round supporters across the in-state satellites reporting so far. Sanders had 1586. That's netted Sanders 21.1 SDEs.
