YANGON —An HR manager from the Rui Ning Myanmar Garment Factory in Hlaingtharyar was shot dead yesterday evening. The Yangon Eagle group took responsibility, accusing the victim of informing on factory workers. The Chinese-owned factory employs more than 700 garment workers.
