How about this my family member was pulled over for wearing a bob hat and and neck scarf on way to work in middle of winter few years back and told to remove both so what's the difference rules are rules surely

In Dublin when we had that awful winter recently,freezing cold walking to work with like a ski mask on my face & Wolly hat,a member of the police cane over & asked me to remove ski-mask as it’s intimidating looking!!What about the Muslim folk who wear the niqab I asked?No reply!
