I understand for getting tips and lessons but it’s not completely out of the realm of being reasonable to ask for a few friendlies. If you don’t have the time to dedicate to it that’s one thing. But don’t underestimate your audience. Be more approachable, not less.

Friendlies is different from a coaching session. It's fine to charge for analysis and coaching, that's an awesome way to give back and be compensated. If you don't want to play friendlies anymore because you would rather devote that time to coaching, sure, but its not the same.

It could be they want to learn or they just are a fan. Considering you're not sponsored I think this makes sense though. Like if this is your main source of income, gotta make some money.
